| Mole removal is available to people of all ages that would like to eliminate protruding moles that may be repeatedly irritated by daily activities or to those that feel that the removal of facial moles may enhance their appearance. Small cysts and moles can be removed by excision during a brief process with use of local anaesthetic. The procedure normally takes no more than half an hour. The Doctor will use a scalpel to remove the mole and then stitches are placed either deep within the skin or on the upper surface. Mole and Cyst removal normally requires little or no recouperation and any discomfort experienced can be relieved with prescribed medication. |
